GENERAL INFORMATION FOR OUR CONSIGNORS
For the health and safety of Donna and Staff, the following rules will be in effect:
ALL Consignments must be WASHED, IRONED AND BROUGHT IN ON HANGERS.
***We will not accept consignments in bags, boxes, suitcases or laundry baskets. . Consignors will be notified of the policy and a memo will be placed on your account. Items brought in not prepared after the memo is entered will not be accepted. Exceptions are made for people traveling from outside the Cape Breton area.
***We will return your hangers to you once we switch your clothing to our hangers.
***Any sign of damage or if an item is too worn or not in style-- it will be returned to you. Items for consignment are accepted at the discretion of our staff.
***As stated in our consignment contract---your items will be on our floor for sale for a 2 month period---after that time, if you do not pick up your expired items, they become the property of Donna’s Consignment Shop Ltd.

Consignments
are accepted: TUESDAY through SATURDAY between 10a.m. and 3p.m.
Shopping hours are TUESDAY through SATURDAY from 10a.m. and 4 p.m. We are CLOSED Sundays and Mondays!
If you're unsure about your items, call us before you bring them in and we will gladly advise you about their suitability.
Thank you for examing your items with care! We require that all clothing items be washed, ironed (if appropriate) and ON HANGERS.
Your items must be free of defects (no missing buttons, no tears, stains, soiled necklines). Please understand we only accept items that we feel will sell; therefore condition and styling are very important. We appreciate you the consignor and we recognize it is a lot of work to ready your clothes for consignment.
But, please understand we are a busy store and we must enforce our policy.
